Private Training

Sessions tailored to your personal needs and goals. Offering training for the following:
* Weight loss/ weight management
* Bodybuilding
* Runners- 5k to Marathon
* Older adults- flexibility, mobility, strength and endurance

Includes basic nutrition coaching.

Small Group Training

Save money and gain a workout partner! You can bring your own partner or group of 3, or I can place you with another client who has similar goals. 

This is a fun way to workout, with encouragement and competition from a partner. Workouts will be tailored to your specific goals.

Currently accepting new clients for small group training; you will be placed with a current client with similar goals.

$20 per session

Workout Programs

Written workout programs for any fitness goal.  I will write a weekly program for you to follow at home or at the gym.  Includes accountability check-ins whenever you need them. Aren't sure how to do a specific exercise?  I will create a video to show you how. 

Includes basic nutrition coaching.

    Valid for one month
    • Small group (2-3 participants)
    • 2 in-person sessions per week
    • Unlimited written cardio workouts per week

    30$
    Pay per session, no commitment
    Valid for one month
    • 45-60 minute session
    • Choose from cardio, HIIT, strength or mobility training

    Written plan ONLY. No in person or virtual training

    • 2-3 written strength workouts per week
